A well established Poole law firm is seeking a Company Commercial Solicitor to join its busy Company Commercial Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their expertise across a broad range of commercial work while working closely with an experienced Partner.
The Role
- Assisting with business disputes
- Supporting on employment related issues
- Advising on commercial contracts and general business matters
- Working closely with the Partner on more complex matters
- Providing high quality client care and maintaining strong professional relationships
- Contributing to business development and departmental growth
- Representing the department with professionalism and approachability
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in company commercial work (PQE level flexible)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly, approachable, and professional manner
- Excellent business development and client care abilities
- Flexibility and confidence working independently and within a team
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal IT systems
