Our client\’s national Commercial Group continues to advise some of the most high-profile clients in the region and across the UK, with exciting plans for accelerated growth they are now looking to recruit a further member into their close-knit team.
The work on offer spans contracts and trading agreements, franchising, IP and IT, distribution agreements as well as corporate support amongst others. The team advises across various sectors, with particular focus on the energy, healthcare, transport, telecoms and financial services. They are known for outstanding expertise in advising on highly complex commercial contracts across these sectors with the incoming lawyer getting involved in complex and fulfilling work from day one.
