Our client is a long established Warwickshire firm with an excellent reputation for their work in the locality. They have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Associate or Senior Associate with 5+ years' PQE to join their busy team. You will undertake a varied caseload encompassing:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Creating and renewing business leases for both landlords and tenants
- Deeds of Grant
- Deeds of Variation
- Deeds of Assignment
- Overage Agreements
Full-time or part-time hours on offer.
