Leading Shropshire firm has an exciting opportunity for a commercial property solicitor. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and well-established commercial property team. You will manage a varied caseload of all aspects of commercial property encompassing:
- Landlord and tenant
- Development
- Sales and acquisitions
- Leases
- Woodlands
- Agricultural property
- Telecoms
This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your knowledge and expertise, working on a caseload of diverse, high-quality work alongside experienced lawyers and an efficient support team. You will also be encouraged to develop your caseload and contacts by taking part in networking and business development activities as required.
