The Role
You'll join a thriving Commercial Property team working across an impressive breadth of matters. The work spans everything from city centre commercial sites to rural developments, and from small retail units to major office spaces, hotels, schools, factories and care facilities. Your caseload will be varied and stimulating, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development work. You'll also work closely with a Partner specialising in education property, gaining exposure to academy conversions, school mergers and sector specific transactions. It's a role that offers early responsibility, strong client contact and the chance to build a well‑rounded commercial property skillset.
About You
- NQ-1 PQE with experience in commercial property from a training seat or paralegal role
- Strong drafting skills and solid technical grounding
