Based in Milton Keynes, this L500 rated firm is looking to expand their real estate department with the recruitment of an additional solicitor. The successful candidate will demonstrate experience in general property work including:
Real Estate Finance
Landlord and tenant work including commercial leases
Advising on and drafting new leases and lease renewals
You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills as you will work as part of a busy team. You will also display commercial acumen and have an interest in marketing and business development.
