Leading Midlands firm seeks a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3+ years PQE to join their busy Derby team. This role is ideal for a solicitor with a strong background in commercial property law who is eager to develop their expertise in a collaborative private practice environment serving clients across Derbyshire and the wider East Midlands region.
Responsibilities
- Working for a wide range of clients including local business and property investors.
- Managing a general caseload including freehold and leasehold acquisition matters and landlord and tenant matters.
- Contributing to business development activities, including networking and attending sector events.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and lease agreements.
- Supporting senior solicitors and associates in complex matters.
About you
- Qualified Solicitor / Legal Executive.
- Minimum of 3 years' PQE.
- Experience and knowledge of a variety of transactional matters including secured lending, property development work, sales and purchases of owner occupied and investment property.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively and efficiently.
