This Legal 500 ranked firm and leading Bournemouth practice is looking for an additional Commercial Property Solicitor to bolster their tier 1 ranked Commercial Property team. My client has received a number of awards and is an independent regional firm that covers both personal and business legal matters.
The Commercial Property team are seeking candidates with up to three years PQE. Newly qualified candidates looking to qualify into commercial property who have undertaken a seat in this field in their training contract are encouraged to apply.
The successful candidate will have technical expertise in commercial property matters and can expect a mixed caseload of landlord and tenant, freehold sale and purchases, acquisitions and disposals and general commercial property work.
