An established law firm in Kent is seeking a dedicated Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to handle a broad range of real estate matters across varied sectors, including education, healthcare, charities, and planning.
Working closely with experienced partners and solicitors, you\’ll be part of a collaborative team that regularly works across departments on complex transactional matters. The role will include:
Managing a diverse caseload of commercial real estate work
Supporting cross-team transactions alongside the Corporate and Commercial department
Building strong client relationships across a wide commercial client base
