Chadwick Nott have been instructed on a new opportunity for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join a leading regional firm in South Wales. My client are a forward-thinking progressive firm who are seeking an experienced Commercial Solicitor of 5 + PQE to join their dynamic Commercial Property team.
The successful candidate can expect to manage a diverse caseload that includes landlord and tenant matters, property acquisitions and sales, and refinancing, with occasional residential work for commercial clients. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator and technically proficient with a sound knowledge of commercial property.
In return you will receive a competitive salary and bonus scheme together with a comprehensive benefits package including wellbeing day, health care plan, increasing annual leave and employer pension at 4%.
