This is a strategic hire for someone ready to take a lead role in client development, team growth, and high-quality delivery across a broad real estate portfolio.
The successful commercial property lawyer will be joining a dynamic Real Estate group that spans transactional property, disputes, planning, and construction.
Key areas of focus include development, property finance, commercial occupiers, and investment work.
Health & Social Care sector experience is a bonus, but not essential.
This is a role for someone who's confident managing their own caseload, building strong client relationships, and mentoring junior colleagues.
You will be expected to contribute to the wider business plan, drive BD activity, and help shape the department's future.
