Commercial Property Lawyer – Bath
Our reputable client is seeking a skilled and driven Commercial Property Solicitor or CILEx (minimum 3 years PQE) to join them in their thriving Bath office.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who\’s confident handling diverse property matters and keen to make a real impact within an established and well-connected Westcountry team.
What You\’ll Bring
- Well-versed across a full spectrum of Commercial Property work.
- Comfortable running your own varied caseload including leases, pension property transactions, investor sales/purchases, and some residential/mixed-use properties.
- Able to work independently while also contributing to a cohesive, cross-office Commercial Property team.
- Already plugged into local agents and referrers or keen to build those networks fast.
- Ideally experienced in development work (bonus points if you bring that to the table!).
