A leading national law firm is seeking an ambitious and technically proficient solicitor to join its expanding non-contentious PFI / Projects / Infrastructure team. This specialist group advises on complex, high-value matters across both public and private sectors. The team is involved in a broad range of work, including project structuring, operational advice, termination and handback issues, and disputes arising from procurement, construction, payment, fire safety, and contract termination.

The Role:

  • Undertake a wide variety of high-quality PFI / Projects / Infrastructure work across sectors including health, emergency services, social housing, and local government.
  • Advise on the full lifecycle of projects, from inception to expiry.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex project documentation.
  • Work closely with clients to deliver commercially focused, practical advice.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across multiple offices and practice areas.

The ideal candidate profile:

  • Qualified solicitor with experience in PFI contracts or similar public-private partnership structures.
  • Strong drafting skills and ability to navigate complex contractual arrangements.
  • Commercially astute with excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Committed to delivering clear, pragmatic advice in a fast-paced environment.
