Join a top regional firm as a Commercial Dispute Resolution Lawyer. In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters, including contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, and debt recovery. You will also address professional negligence claims, mentor junior team members, collaborate across departments, and drive business development. Your expertise will be vital in achieving our client\’s strategic goals.

The firm is looking for a candidate with at least 10 years of PQE in dispute resolution/commercial litigation. Strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for mentoring juniors are essential.
