This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor (ideally 1-3 PQE) to join a thriving and highly respected disputes team in Bristol. Working alongside recognised Partners and experts in their field, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of quality commercial disputes work while building your career within a collaborative and supportive environment.

The team is well-established and continues to be recognised for its expertise across a wide range of sectors, acting for commercial clients ranging from SMEs through to larger corporate organisations. This is the kind of role that offers the variety, responsibility and high-calibre work many litigators seek but do not always find at this stage in their career.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload while also supporting senior lawyers on larger, more complex matters. The quality and breadth of work on offer makes this an exceptional platform for developing your commercial litigation career.

Matters will include:

• Contract and commercial disputes
• Professional negligence claims
• Banking and financial disputes
• Shareholder and partnership disputes
• Intellectual property matters
• Fraud and asset recovery claims
• Procurement disputes
• Reputation management and defamation issues

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with ideally 1-3 years' PQE in Commercial Litigation
• Strong academic background
• Experience running your own litigation matters with appropriate supervision
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and client management skills
• Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem solving
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ambitious and motivated to build a long-term career within commercial disputes
• Team-oriented whilst capable of working independently and taking initiative
• An interest in networking and business development activities
