Job Description
Commercial LitigationFantastic opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Associate to join this top 50 UK law firm whose team are ranked in the top tier by the legal directories Legal 500 and Chambers.Based in Ipswich, their specialist team of over 30 lawyers act for a broad range of clients including high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, SME's, listed companies and multi-nationals. Their lawyers conduct litigation in the High Court and the Court of Appeal and act for clients in arbitrations and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic market leading team dealing with high quality work. You will have c3-5 years PQE and cover a broad range of matters which can encompass business ownership disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, defamation, debt recovery, professional negligence, banking and finance disputes and contract disputes.You should have a strong academic background, high attention to detail, dedication to client service and an interest in and aptitude for business development.
