Join a highly regarded commercial litigation team within a leading UK law firm. Working alongside recognised specialists, you'll handle a broad range of complex disputes for commercial and corporate clients while developing your own practice and profile.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload while supporting senior lawyers on larger and more complex matters across a varied range of commercial disputes, including:

  • Contract disputes
  • Professional negligence claims
  • Banking and finance litigation
  • Shareholder and partnership disputes
  • Fraud matters
  • Intellectual property disputes
  • Defamation claims
  • Procurement disputes

Alongside fee-earning work, you'll be encouraged to contribute to business development initiatives, strengthen client relationships, and play an active role within a supportive and collegiate team.

Candidate Requirements

  • Solid commercial litigation experience
  • Strong technical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • A proactive and commercially minded approach
  • The ability to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Strong client relationship skills and a commitment to exceptional service
