We're looking for an experienced Solicitor who is passionate about supporting vulnerable clients, many of whom have suffered traumatic brain injuries or live with complex neurological conditions and who need help managing their property and financial affairs.You'll run your own varied caseload, make day to day financial decisions in clients' best interests, and play a key role in shaping team strategy. Expect exposure to high value, complex deputyship matters, close collaboration with litigation teams, and the chance to supervise and mentor junior colleagues.Work includes Court of Protection applications, statutory wills, personal injury trusts, trustee matters, annual reporting, budgeting, property management, and liaising with a wide range of professionals to ensure clients' needs are fully met.
