Clinical Negligence – Warwickshire
Leading Warwickshire firm has a vacancy for a clinical negligence solicitor / CILEx to join their Coventry team.
Applications are welcome from solicitors at all levels. Responsibilities will include:
Dealing with misdiagnosis and delayed diagnosis claims, surgical negligence claims, birth injury claims, dental negligence claims, and delayed treatment.
Handling new and existing clinical negligence claims, including litigated matters.
Attending Court hearings.
Liaising with Barristers, medical experts, and other professionals.
Preparing and drafting documents, briefs, instructions, and schedules.
Valuing claims and dealing with settlement negotiations.
You will work as part of a team and ideally be able to manage a caseload with minimal supervision and assist on more complex matters. A confident, friendly approach and effective communication with clients, colleagues, and external contacts are essential.
