Clinical Negligence Lawyer
Well established regional firm has a vacancy in their Clinical Negligence Department.
The firm are looking for a lawyer with experience in clinical negligence to join their expanding department. Experience in handling or heavily assisting with a clinical negligence caseload dealing with all stages from inception to conclusion is essential. Experience in handling personal injury claims in addition to clinical negligence is desirable but not essential.
You will have a minimum of 3 years\’ PQE and be up to date with current caselaw and proposed changes in fixed costs/clinical negligence pre-action protocol for cases under £25k.
