Job Title: Asset Finance Senior Associate/Counsel- Luxury Assets- Top 100 City law firm
Salary: £100,000-£120,000
PQE Level: 6+
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time
Firm: Our client is a Top 100 City law firm with a strong finance, shipping, luxury assets offering.
Role:
- Superyacht and private aviation financing
- Acting for banks/lenders and HNW/UHNW borrowers
- Term sheets
- Loan documentation
- Ownership structuring
Key attractions include:
- Quality of work and breadth of clients
- Strong future partner prospects
- Collaborative and supportive culture
Successful candidate:
- 6+PQE England & Wales or commonwealth
- Must have finance experience relating to superyachts and/or private aviation, gained within a UK law firm
- Strong BD skills or interest in this area
