A well established and expanding law firm is seeking a Property Solicitor, Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX or experienced Fee Earner to join its busy and growing Property Department in Cirencester. The team handles a wide range of residential property matters, offering excellent exposure to varied work and the opportunity to collaborate with specialist colleagues.

The Role

  • Managing a full caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new build, transfer of equity, remortgages, shared ownership and Help to Buy
  • Providing clear, expert legal advice to clients throughout each transaction
  • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and all parties involved to ensure smooth progression
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Optional opportunity to undertake commercial property work if desired

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in residential conveyancing
  • Proven ability to manage a conveyancing caseload independently
  • Strong communication and client care skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well within a team
