A progressive and expanding regional law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor at Associate or Partner level to join its Cirencester office. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer to run and develop their own caseload while playing a key role in the growth of the wider Commercial Property offering.
The Role
- You'll be responsible for managing and developing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:
- Handling acquisitions, disposals, leases, development work, and general commercial property transactions from start to finish
- Drafting and negotiating contracts and preparing a wide range of legal documentation
- Providing clear, practical, solution focused advice to clients
- Building strong relationships with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities to cross refer and contribute to business development
- Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the team's overall success
- Staying up to date with legal developments and ensuring compliance with best practice
Candidate Requirements
- This role is suited to a Commercial Property Solicitor who:
- Has significant experience running their own commercial property caseload
- Is operating at Partner level or ready to step into a Partner level role
- Demonstrates strong technical expertise and excellent organisational skills
