An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a well-established and highly respected law firm. Due to continued growth and increasing client demand, the Property team is looking to appoint a Senior Solicitor to be based from its Chipping Norton office.
This role offers the opportunity to handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload while playing a key part in the continued growth and development of a highly regarded property team. There is also scope to further develop leadership and mentoring responsibilities as your career progresses.
Candidate Requirements
We are keen to hear from lawyers who can demonstrate:
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
- At least 5 years' experience handling residential conveyancing matters
- Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential property transactions
- Excellent client care and relationship management skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage a busy caseload autonomously
- An interest in mentoring and supporting junior colleagues and contributing to the growth of the team
The successful candidate will be based from the firm's Chipping Norton office, with hybrid working available.
