This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Chippenham team in a role that offers genuine scope to shape and grow the firm's employment law offering.The work will span the full range of employment law issues, including:Unfair and wrongful dismissalsEmployment Tribunal claims and drafting Tribunal documentationSettlement agreementsDiscrimination and whistleblowing mattersTUPERestructuring and redundanciesPost termination restrictionsEmployment contracts, policies, handbooks and wider documentationConsultancy, non executive and director appointments and exitsGeneral day to day employee relations adviceCorporate support to the commercial and corporate teamsThis is a dynamic role with real progression potential. You will play a key part in business development, helping to expand the firm's employment law presence.About YouYou will be a confident and capable Employment Lawyer with strong technical expertise and a proactive, solutions focused approach.
