The Role
- You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and more complex title issues.
- You will take responsibility for files from instruction through to completion, maintain strong relationships with clients, agents and referrers, and contribute to a positive, high performing team environment.
