Residential Conveyancing Lawyer (5+ PQE) - Cheltenham

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join a well-established, highly regarded regional law firm with a strong reputation across Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas. This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied and high-quality caseload while becoming part of a collaborative and supportive team.

The Role

You will handle the full spectrum of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • New build transactions
  • Buy-to-let purchases
  • Transfers of equity
  • Remortgages
  • Shared ownership matters
  • General property ownership and title matters
  • Supporting clients through complex transactions with clear, practical advice

The successful candidate will be entrusted with a busy and varied caseload, working closely with clients, agents, brokers and other stakeholders to ensure transactions are progressed efficiently and proactively.

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
  • 5+ years' PQE with a strong background in residential property
  • Proven ability to manage a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
  • Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of conveyancing transactions
  • Excellent client care and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team
