Our client are looking for a talented Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to become part of their Swindon team, advising clients on some of the most important decisions in their lives.
The Role You'll play a key part in delivering high quality private client services, managing a varied and rewarding caseload.
Your responsibilities will include: Advising clients on Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Probate and Estate Planning.
Drafting and reviewing legal documents with accuracy and care.
Managing your own caseload efficiently while maintaining excellent client service.
Meeting clients, explaining legal processes clearly and supporting them through each step.
Developing strong, long term relationships built on trust and understanding.
Candidate Requirements At least 1 year PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive in private client work.
Strong communication skills and a client centred approach.
Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple matters confidently.
A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently when needed.
