Employment Associate - Cheltenham New instruction from a Top 100 UK Law Firm to join their Legal 500-Ranked Employment team advising businesses, entrepreneurs, senior executives and international clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
You'll work on:
- Employment Tribunal claims and litigation
- Day-to-day HR and employment advisory matters
- TUPE and transactional support
- Complex exits and settlement negotiations
- Restrictive covenants and confidentiality issues
- Workplace investigations and employee disputes
- Employment-related data protection matters

Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 2-4 years' PQE in employment law
- Experience across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Strong Employment Tribunal experience
- Knowledge of TUPE and employment aspects of corporate transactions
- Excellent drafting, communication and client management skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Interest in business development and networking activities
