Responsibilities
- Manage residential property transactions from instruction to completion including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and shared ownership
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other legal professionals
- Mentor and support junior staff
