This is an exceptional opportunity to work within one of the UK's leading specialist asbestos teams, supporting clients and families affected by mesothelioma, asbestos related lung cancer, asbestosis and pleural thickening.

The RoleYou'll be responsible for managing a high value Multi Track caseload, including: Complex asbestos disease claimsHigh value Multi Track litigationCases issued in the Royal Courts of Justice, LondonFull conduct from initial instruction through to trialDrafting, negotiation and strategic case planningWorking closely with medical experts, counsel and specialist support servicesAs a senior member of the team, you will also: Provide technical guidance and supervision to colleaguesSupport best practice and consistency in case handlingContribute to a collaborative, supportive team cultureDeliver exceptional client care in highly sensitive circumstancesCandidate RequirementsThis role is suited to an experienced asbestos or industrial disease specialist who has: A strong track record in asbestos related disease litigationSignificant Multi Track experience, including complex, high value claimsStrong knowledge of funding, costs and procedural strategyThe ability to supervise and support colleaguesA compassionate, client centred approachExcellent communication, drafting and analytical skillsBenefitsThe firm offers:4,500 car allowanceContributory pension schemePermanent health insuranceHealthcare Cash Plan (Medicash)Life assurance25 days annual leave +
