Overview
In this role you will manage a varied residential property caseload from instruction to completion, contributing to a collaborative and forward-thinking Cardiff team. You will handle sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and both freehold and leasehold matters while using digital case management workflows to enhance client experience. You will communicate clearly with clients and referrers, and support business development to raise the firm’s local profile. Responsibilities
- Manage a broad residential property caseload from instruction to completion
- Handle sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages
- Work on freehold and leasehold transactions
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, brokers and referrers
- Utilise case management systems and digital workflows to improve client experience
- Provide clear, proactive communication throughout matters
- Contribute to team development and continuous improvement
- Support business development and raise the firm's local profile
