A well established and ambitious team is seeking an Employment Solicitor with 3+ years' post qualification experience to join its respected Employment and HR department. This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career within a supportive environment, working with a diverse client base including multinational organisations, public sector bodies, and SMEs across the UK and internationally.

The Role

  • You'll be responsible for managing your own caseload and supporting a team of experienced fee earners across a broad range of Employment Law and HR matters, including:
  • Handling settlement agreement matters
  • Drafting employment contracts, policies, and HR documentation
  • Running and assisting with employment tribunal claims and pre litigation negotiations
  • Providing day to day HR and employment law advice
  • Supporting corporate and commercial teams on TUPE, employment provisions in corporate documents, and service/consultancy agreements
  • Assisting with internal investigations
  • Delivering in person and online training sessions
  • Contributing to business development activities, including seminars, training, and blog content

Candidate Requirements

  • This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
  • 3+ years PQE in Employment Law and HR matters
  • Strong communication and client care skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced but supportive team
