A respected national law firm is seeking a Claimant Serious Injury Solicitor with 0-3 years' PQE to join its specialist Serious Injury team in Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high value catastrophic injury cases while developing your own caseload and contributing to a supportive, collaborative team.

The Role

  • Managing your own caseload of serious injury matters
  • Assisting senior lawyers on complex, multi million pound catastrophic injury claims
  • Supporting clients with severe brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations, polytrauma and fatal accident cases
  • Playing a key role in securing early rehabilitation and long term support for clients
  • Building relationships with clinicians, rehabilitation providers, charities and other professionals across South Wales
  • Attending seminars, workshops, training events and business development activities (with some travel required)
  • Contributing to a compassionate, client focused team culture

Candidate Requirements

  • 0-3 years PQE, ideally with experience in serious injury or personal injury litigation
  • Strong interest in business development and relationship building
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Genuine passion for claimant catastrophic injury work
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy and integrity
  • Strong organisational skills and resilience
  • Willingness to travel for client, clinical and business development meetings
