An established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to manage its Residential Property function based in South Wales. This is a senior opportunity for a confident conveyancing practitioner to combine fee earning with leadership, playing a key role in driving performance, developing people and supporting the continued growth of the office. Working closely with senior management, the successful candidate will help shape strategy while maintaining high standards of client care and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a busy residential conveyancing caseload across freehold, leasehold, new build and remortgage matters
- Leading, mentoring and developing a team, with responsibility for performance, quality and supervision
- Winning new work and building strong relationships with local agents, brokers and introducers
