An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a senior private client lawyer to join a well-established firm in South Wales. Our client has a long-standing presence in South Wales and boasts a highly regarded private client department recognised in the Legal 500.
The Role:
- Managing and developing a busy caseload across wills, trusts, probate and estate planning
- Building new client relationships and driving business development efforts
- Working collaboratively across teams and contributing to wider firm strategy
- Leading with confidence and supporting colleagues with your experience
The role is hybrid, with a base at their Cardiff office and occasional travel to Bridgend.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with 7+ years PQE in Private Client work
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- A great communicator with proven ability to handle sensitive client matters
- Experience in a broad Private Client caseload, including trusts, wills, and estate admin
- STEP qualified (or working towards it) is a bonus
- Proactive approach to networking, community engagement, and business growth
