A leading commercial law firm is seeking a Senior or Principal Associate with 7+ years' post qualification experience to join its highly regarded Commercial team in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity to work with major UK businesses, contribute to a nationally recognised practice, and play a key role in the team's continued growth.
The Role
- Managing a broad and high quality caseload of commercial work, including:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
- Advising clients on commercial law, IP, data protection, and e-commerce
- Delivering training and presentations to clients and internal teams
- Supporting corporate transactions with commercial, IP, and IT expertise
- Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to provide strategic legal input
Candidate Requirements
- 7+ years PQE in commercial law
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
- Excellent drafting, communication, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
