Chadwick Nott are delighted to be instructed on a new position for an Associate or Senior Associate to join a tier 1 ranked team renowned nationwide for construction, engineering, energy projects, and dispute resolution. You’ll work with a diverse range of clients, including government bodies, developers, contractors, funders, housing associations, banks, and leading organisations, handling contentious and non-contentious matters. This role offers the chance to manage your own cases while collaborating with a supportive and driven team. It’s ideal for someone experienced in contracts like JCT and NEC, and confident with adjudication and litigation.
