A leading commercial law firm is seeking a Senior or Principal Associate with 7+ years' post qualification experience to join its highly regarded Commercial team in Cardiff. The Role
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
- Advising clients on commercial law, IP, data protection, and e-commerce
- Delivering training and presentations to clients and internal teams
- Supporting corporate transactions with commercial, IP, and IT expertise
- Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to provide strategic legal input
Candidate Requirements
- 7+ years PQE in commercial law
