A leading international law firm is seeking a Senior Associate with 8+ years post qualification experience to join its highly regarded Real Estate team in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high quality property transactions for a diverse client base, including institutional investors, developers and major corporate occupiers. Responsibilities

  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Commercial lettings and landlord & tenant matters
  • Asset management work
  • Development and regeneration projects
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, leases and ancillary documents
  • Managing transactions from instruction through to completion
  • Building strong client relationships and delivering commercially focused advice
