A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a very well established and highly regarded multi office practice in their Cardiff office. The busy team are seeking an additional residential property lawyer to join them to handle a busy caseload on a full range of residential property matters, including:
- sales and purchases
- leasehold
- re-mortgages
- new build work
- transfers of equity
To be considered you will be either a qualified Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer able to demonstrate previous experience of independently managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
