The Role
A great opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to support a specialist Military department helping service personnel and veterans. You'll play a central role in keeping the department running smoothly, supporting teams and driving operational excellence.
- Produce and present MI and KPI reports
- Monitor team performance, workloads and SLAs
- Support financial and operational performance
- Manage resource planning across multiple teams
- Oversee onboarding, training and development
- Drive process improvements and efficiencies
- Act as a key link between legal teams and support functions
- Build strong internal stakeholder relationships
This is a fast paced, varied role ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving and supporting high performing teams.
Candidate Requirements
- We're looking for someone with operational management experience in a professional services or high volume environment.
