The successful candidate will be part of a nationally recognised practice, ranked in Chambers and Legal 500, working alongside experts in health, social care, accountancy, and education regulation. The RoleHandling end-to-end regulatory casework, from initial assessment to hearing preparationConducting investigations, interviewing witnesses, and drafting statementsAdvising on risk and interim orders where necessaryPreparing detailed reports and recommendations based on evidenceManaging communications with clients and individuals under investigationCollaborating with advocates to prepare cases for tribunal hearingsRepresenting clients in regulatory appeals and High Court applicationsContributing to wider regulatory advice and policy developmentRequirementsExperience in professional regulation, ideally within healthcare fitness to practiseStrong case management skills and technical legal expertiseExcellent communication and client care skillsA proactive, self-driven attitude with a commitment to continuous learningA collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a team environmentWhy Join?
