A Residential Property Lawyer is sought to manage a busy conveyancing caseload within a hybrid working structure. This position suits an experienced fee earner confident in handling all stages of residential transactions, with strong earning potential through an uncapped bonus scheme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing an average caseload of 50 residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion
  • Preparing and submitting contracts, letters, Land Registry documents and HMRC forms
  • Completing pre completion checks, searches and financial arrangements
  • Handling post completion tasks, including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
  • Maintaining compliant, accurate and up to date files
  • Liaising with clients, third parties and colleagues to ensure smooth progression
