This is an excellent opportunity to take on a varied, high quality caseload across the full spectrum of employment law. You'll be joining a supportive, collaborative team known for delivering clear, commercial advice to employers, HR professionals and senior executives. This includes assisting with Employment Tribunal litigation from start to finish as well as advising on discrimination, whistleblowing, unfair and constructive dismissal, equal pay, breach of contract and redundancy disputes. Alongside this, you'll draft and negotiate employment contracts, service agreements, policies and handbooks, support clients with disciplinary, grievance, performance and capability processes, assist with restructuring and redundancy exercises, advise on TUPE and due diligence for corporate transactions, and help conduct internal investigations involving grievance, disciplinary or whistleblowing issues. Candidate RequirementsQualified Solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE in employment law. Strong drafting skills, particularly contracts, policies and settlement agreements. Confident assisting with Tribunal litigation and managing matters with appropriate supervision.
