A leading Top 100 UK law firm is seeking an ambitious Solicitor to join their highly regarded Dispute Resolution team. Consistently recognised as a Tier 1 practice by both Chambers and Legal 500, the team is known for its exceptional litigation expertise and its strong reputation across Wales and beyond. The Housing Management team is a national leader in its field, advising a wide range of registered social landlords and local authorities on complex and sensitive housing disputes. The Role

You will work closely with a well established client base, providing expert advice on a broad range of housing management matters. The team's work spans all aspects of tenancy enforcement, including nuisance behaviour, criminal activity, anti social behaviour, disrepair claims, homelessness issues, and the evolving requirements of the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting court documents
  • Attending and conducting your own advocacy at hearings
  • Negotiating with opposing parties
  • Advising clients directly
  • Supervising Paralegals within the team

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor with NQ-4 years’ PQE
  • Strong advocacy or litigation experience, with the confidence to handle your own hearings
