Looking to kickstart your corporate law career in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment? We are recruiting for an Associate Solicitor to join a highly ranked Corporate team in Cardiff, advising on a broad range of transactional matters. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor or someone with up to two years' PQE who is ready to grow their technical and commercial expertise in a nationally recognised team.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting on corporate transactions and delivering timely, commercially focused advice
  • Drafting clear, concise legal documents and solutions that work in the real world
  • Building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and intermediaries
  • Getting involved in seminars, bulletins, events, and pitch presentations
  • Developing your technical knowledge through hands-on experience, training, and mentoring
  • Managing your workload effectively and contributing to team goals

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in corporate law, ideally gained during training or post-qualification
  • Excellent drafting skills and a sharp commercial mindset
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • A team player who is enthusiastic, ambitious, and ready to take ownership
  • Comfortable working to tight deadlines and delivering high-quality work
