An elite global law firm is seeking a mid-level associate (minimum 2 years PQE) to join its leading Capital Markets practice in London. The firm invites applications from candidates with experience in UK equity capital markets transactions, particularly in dealing with the FCA and LSE on London listings. Familiarity with the UK Listing Rules, DTRs, UK MAR, and related matters is essential.

The role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile UK capital markets transactions and gain experience with both equity and debt markets. You will be involved in transactions with a global focus, including opportunities to work closely with both UK and US capital markets partners in a collaborative, close-knit team.
