Real Estate Solicitor

Salary: 50,000-70,000 DOEPQE Level: 2+ PQEAn established law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join its commercial property team in Canterbury.

This role offers exposure to a broad range of high‐quality work, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and development projects for clients across the South East.

You will manage your own caseload, draft and negotiate commercial property documentation, and work closely with clients to understand their commercial objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5+ years' PQE in commercial property, strong technical ability, and a proactive, client‐focused approach.
