An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join one of the premier law firms in Kent and the surrounding region. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 3+ PQE who is looking for high-quality work, genuine client contact, and, importantly, a clearer platform for progression and development.
You will join a well-established and successful Employment practice handling a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious matters, advising both employers and employees. From Tribunal claims and discrimination disputes to TUPE, restructures, contracts, policies and settlement agreements, the role offers excellent variety and scope to build your profile.
Crucially, this isn’t simply a role within an established team. You will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload, develop client relationships, contribute to business development and help shape the continued growth of the practice, with the opportunity to make the position your own.
